*Position Type:* Part time Hourly

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking *Farmhand (Agricultural Employee)* to assist with the daily operation and maintenance of a working farm and multiple estate properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, caring for the land, and contributing to a team environment.
*Responsibilities Include:*
* Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
* Maintaining vegetable gardens, orchard, and landscaped areas
* Seasonal field work and general farm labor
* Winter preparation of farm buildings, equipment, gardens, and grounds
* Snow removal and seasonal property maintenance
* Operation of tractors, skid steers, mowers, and other farm equipment
* Routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on farm machinery and tools
* Fence repairs, property upkeep, and general handyman duties
* Animal feeding, watering, and daily care as needed
* Weed control, pest management, and irrigation support
* Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the farm
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Assisting with special projects and other agricultural duties as assigned
*Qualifications:*
* Dependable with a strong work ethic
* Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
* Experience operating farm equipment is preferred (training available for the right candidate)
* Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills are a plus
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
