Job Description
The Farm Laborer is responsible for assisting the farmer with daily outdoor tasks such as planting a variety of crops, tending the work animals, and maintenance of the property.
We are looking for an individual who has previous experience as a farmer or ranchhand and is comfortable handling heavy machinery. This Farm Laborer will need previous experience or knowledge of driving clutch and the desire to learn about crop sciences.

Assists the farmer with greenhouse projects and planting crops in the field

Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture is a plus
- Works efficiently on your own or in a team environment
What You Will Do:
- Provide maintenance to the property

Ability to work with farm animals

Light upkeep and operation of heavy equipment

Moving sprinklers for the crops
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

Pay: $15 – $20 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Some Saturdays may be required
