Augusta Landworks is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for an immediate opening.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, safely, and productively without needing constant supervision.

*Job Duties Include:*

* Operating excavators, skid steers, tractors, mini excavators, and other heavy equipment
* Land clearing, grading, bush hogging, tree and debris work
* Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment
* Performing basic equipment inspections and daily maintenance
* Working efficiently from start to finish on assigned jobs

*Requirements:*

* Verifiable heavy equipment operating experience
* Must be dependable and show up on time
* Valid driver’s license
* Must be comfortable transporting and securing equipment
* Must be able to work independently
* Strong work ethic and attention to safety
* CDL is a plus

*Pay:* $22.50–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and ability.

This position is for an experienced operator. We are looking for someone dependable who wants steady work — not someone who frequently changes jobs or needs constant supervision.
