*Location:* Office is located near Orlando, Oklahoma, Work will be across the state of Oklahoma (Travel to job sites required)

About the Position
RK&R Dozer Service is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. We are looking for someone who can safely and efficiently operate *tractor-scraper pans and dozers* while using *Trimble GPS grade control systems* to perform precision earthwork.
Our projects include residential developments, commercial site work, oilfield locations, ponds, terraces, and other heavy civil construction throughout Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
* Operate tractor-scraper pans and dozers safely and efficiently.
* Utilize *Trimble GPS machine control* to achieve finish grades and design specifications.
* Read and interpret grading plans and construction stakes.
* Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
* Work with supervisors and grade checkers to maintain production and accuracy.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
* Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
* Minimum *3 years of heavy equipment operating experience* (preferred).
* Experience operating:
* Tractor & scraper pans
* Dozers
* *Required:* Experience using *Trimble GPS grade control systems*.
* Ability to read site plans and work with grade elevations.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well with a crew.

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
