*Reports to:* Owner and Operator of Owl Hollow Farm
*Position Description:*
Owl Hollow Farm is a beautiful 120-acre property in Floyd, VA, offering a peaceful and well-maintained environment. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the property’s main residence. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform routine cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
* Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
* Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness as needed
* Clean windows periodically
* Change bed linens and do laundry as needed
* Organize and maintain a tidy home environment
* Handle occasional deep-cleaning tasks
* Monitor cleaning supplies and restock as necessary
* Report any maintenance or repair needs and help with repairs if proficient enough
* Clean the break room, vet room, tack room, food room and tool room in the main barn
* Assist with other farm activities as instructed by the owner
*Requirements:*
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
* Previous farm experience
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Reliable and trustworthy
* Must have reliable transportation to the property
* Weekend availability required
* Must be able to lift 70+ lbs
* Must be reliable and strictly adhere to a schedule
