Job Description

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious *Heavy Machine Operator (Dozer and Excavator)* to operate a variety of heavy equipment used in construction, demolition, excavation, and other site development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, backhoes, and loaders in a safe and effective manner.
* Follow project plans and instructions provided by supervisors and engineers.
* Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues to maintenance staff.
* Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to designated areas.
* Clear and level land, dig trenches, and assist with building foundations and infrastructure.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Keep records of work performed and materials used.
* Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet project deadlines.

*Qualifications:*

* Minimum [3] years of experience operating heavy machinery in construction or related fields.
* Strong understanding of equipment capabilities, limitations, and safety procedures.
* Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes is a plus.
* Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to [X] lbs.
