Part Time Harvest Assistant

Job Description

This is a part time position in our Post Harvest department that assists with the bucking of buds off the stem of harvested plants on harvest days. This position will work 10-20 hours per week, Mondays and Tuesdays.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for bucking cannabis during harvests

• Carefully and efficiently use scissors to cut buds from the stem

• Responsible for organizing work areas and keeping a clean work station

• Sanitization and sterilization of post-harvest equipment

• Work closely and productively with a diverse team of people

Education, Experience, & Skills

• Previous bucking or trimming experience highly preferred

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to pass a background check required

• Team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately

• Reliable and consistent work ethic

• Willingness to comply with state regulations and guidelines

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and repetitive movements

• Must be able to maintain highest levels of cleanliness and personal hygiene

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Mondays 6:45am – 5:30pm

• Tuesdays 6:45am – until harvest is complete*
