Ranch Hand Wanted! Cattle and Mechanical ability a must.

We are looking for a “seasoned” employee who can jump right into a farming/ranch operation with valid experience running / troubleshooting and repairing all forms of equipment… We raise our own feed and repair the equipment it takes to put it up. The higher end of the pay scale would include someone who is a true “right hand man”. Prospective Bonus’ could come in the form of farm / pasture land / cattle to manage on their own.
A day in the life at Schott Ranch would be a morning meeting in the shop office to compare ‘to do lists’! Our expectations would be observing and communicate repairs / fencing / Pastures / logging repairs in database / cattle to be doctored / Then a reprioritization of the lists based on mother nature / urgency / time / cost etc…!
While we do have a probation period …This is a LONG term obligation. Learning our operations complexity takes time and if we invest in this training then we expect long term commitment.
