*Responsibilities*

* Assist with daily animal husbandry tasks including feeding, watering, and general care for livestock such as cattle, horses, or other farm animals
* Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment including tractors, loaders, and irrigation systems to ensure efficient land and crop management
* Perform equipment repairs, welding, and basic maintenance to keep tools and machinery in optimal condition
* Handle heavy lifting of supplies, feed bags, fencing materials, and other farm-related items safely and efficiently
* Use hand tools and power tools for fencing, building structures, or greenhouse setup and upkeep
* Support irrigation operations by setting up or repairing watering systems to promote healthy crop growth
* Supervise or assist with other team members in various tasks related to farming, horticulture, or animal handling as needed

*Skills*

* Proven supervising experience in agricultural or ranch settings with the ability to lead by example
* Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing farm machinery and equipment
* Extensive animal husbandry skills with a focus on animal care and handling techniques
* Experience operating forklifts, heavy machinery, and power tools safely and effectively
* Knowledge of farming practices including irrigation systems, crop growing techniques, horticulture, and greenhouse management
* Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards
* Basic math skills for measurements, record keeping, and inventory management
* Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks within a team environment

Pay: $2,200.00 – $2,400.00 per month
