Allendan Seed Company, established in 1980 grows high quality native prairie grasses and wildflowers for seed production. We are seeking motivated individuals to work as seasonal help in the Small Field Production areas of our operation. This job is primarily outdoors 10 hours a day, Monday-Friday. The pay is $18.00 per hour.

*Please only apply if you have some experience with farming, operating tractors, greenhouse work or at a minimum have operated some type of mower besides a push mower. *

*Qualifications*

* High School – Community College – College
* Agricultural equipment experience preferred
* *Ability to stay on task and work independently*
* Respectful usage of cell phones
* Consideration and planning for time off requests
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work inside and outside and in different weather conditions

Pay: $18.00 per hour
