Dancing Goat Gardens is seeking dependable, hard-working crew members to join our 2026 harvest season at our regenerative cannabis farm in the Missoula Valley.
This is a full-time seasonal position expected to run from Monday, August 24 through Friday, October 16, 2026, although the end date may vary slightly depending on harvest progress and weather conditions.
We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who can commit to the full harvest season. Cannabis experience is helpful but not required. If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work hard, we’ll teach you the rest.
Harvest crew members play an important role in bringing in the year’s crop. Duties may include:
* Harvesting cannabis plants
* Moving harvested plants throughout the farm
* Hanging harvested plants to dry
* Trimming cannabis
* Preparing harvested material for drying or freezer storage
* Performing other harvest and post-harvest tasks as needed
* Working outdoors in varying weather conditions and working in freezer storage (approximately -20°F)
This is physically demanding work involving long days on your feet, repetitive tasks, lifting, carrying, and working in both outdoor conditions and freezer environments. Applicants should be prepared for active, hands-on work throughout the harvest season.
*Schedule*
* Approximately 40 hours per week
* 8–10 hour shifts
* Shifts may begin as early as 5:00 a.m.
* Weekend work may be required depending on harvest needs
*Qualifications*
* Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions
* Comfortable working in freezer storage (approximately -20°F)
* Reliable transportation to and from the farm
* Dependable attendance and punctuality
* Ability to commit to the full harvest season
* A valid Montana Marijuana Worker Permit is required before employment.
* Previous cannabis or agricultural experience is helpful but not required
