Sea View Farm is a potato farm located in Little Falls, Minnesota, looking for *Potato Graders and Truck Drivers* to assist with the 2026 potato harvest. Harvest begins in *late August 2026* and typically lasts *4–6 weeks*. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in an agricultural environment and are looking to earn competitive pay during a busy harvest season.
*Wages -* starting at $18.00 per hour
*Harvest Season Perks & Rewards*
* Overtime rate paid after 48 hours worked per week
* Lunch provided during harvest season shifts
* End-of-season bonus based on attendance, performance, and safety

*Qualifications*
* Valid driver’s license required.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Available to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Mechanical aptitude and previous farm experience are considered assets.
* Ability to work 12–14-hour days during peak harvest periods.
* Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
* Grading and sorting potatoes during harvest operations
* Operating trucks and transporting harvested potatoes
* Assisting with general farm labour and harvest activities
* Supporting safe and efficient field and storage operations
