CaroVail is currently seeking dependable, safety – focused individuals to fill *Seasonal or Full Time Class A and B Driver *positions in Sprakers, NY. This is a local route position – drivers are home every night. We are looking for self – motivated professionals who take pride in their work, demonstrate accountability, and contribute to a respectful and ethical work environment with a strong commitment to safety. *Contract operators will also be considered.*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Safely transport agricultural products from plant locations to farm customers.
* Load and unload trucks in accordance with safety protocols.
* Assist with blending and mixing crop inputs as needed.
* Receive and verify vendor deliveries.
* Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
* Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
* Provide general operational support as directed by the plant manager.
* Comply with all safety and regulatory procedures outlined by CaroVail.
*Qualifications*
* Valid Class A or B CDL and a clean driving record.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment safely.
* Agricultural experience or knowledge is preferred, but not required.
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work extended hours during peak agricultural seasons.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience with overtime during our peak operating season.
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
