We are looking for a dependable Part-Time Sustainable Agriculture Farm Assistant to help with daily farm operations. Responsibilities include planting, harvesting, irrigation, greenhouse work, crop maintenance, and preparing produce for local customers and farmers markets.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, can lift up to 50 lbs., and is willing to learn. Previous experience in farming, gardening, or landscaping is preferred but not required.
Schedule: 15–20 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak seasons.
Pay: $19.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
