Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Farm Worker to join our agricultural team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily farm operations including crop production, field maintenance, and general farm duties. This role requires physical stamina, willingness to work outdoors, and a strong work ethic.

Farm work is hands-on and varies daily, including tasks such as planting, harvesting, irrigation, equipment support, and livestock care where applicable.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops
Operate basic farm tools and machinery (trimmers, tractors, irrigation systems)
Maintain fields by weeding, watering, and fertilizing
Load and unload agricultural products and supplies
Clean and maintain farm equipment and work areas
Assist with livestock feeding and care (if applicable)
Follow farm safety procedures at all times
💪 Requirements:
Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions
Able to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
Basic understanding of farm or agricultural work (preferred but not required)
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Prior farm experience is a plus but not required
⏰ Work Schedule:
Full-time (40+ hours/week)
Early morning start (seasonal variation possible)
Weekend availability may be required during peak seasons
💰 Compensation:
Hourly pay (based on experience)
Possible overtime during harvest seasons
