Higher Ground Land Services LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable Tractor Driver to join our team. This position involves operating tractors and mowing equipment for land clearing, vegetation management, right-of-way maintenance, and other site preparation projects.
Responsibilities
* Operate tractors and mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
* Perform bush hogging, vegetation management, and land maintenance activities.
* Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
* Load and unload equipment when needed.
* Follow all company safety procedures and project requirements.
* Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
* Assist with other field operations as required.
Qualifications
* Experience operating agricultural or commercial tractors.
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver’s license required.
* CDL is a plus but not required.
