*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
* Manage all diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks associated with the job
* Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
* Produce timely and detailed service reports
* Set up new equipment for customer delivery
* Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
* Advise the Service Manager, Service Advisor, and at times the Customer on the equipment repairs needed
* Operate tools and equipment in a safe manner
*Qualifications*
Minimum requirements include:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3 to 5 years of progressive experience
* Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for insurance
* Proven service experience/great mechanical aptitude
* Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand on your feet up to eight hours a day
* Great communication skills and problem-solving skills
* A technical degree is preferred but not required
