Join our dynamic agricultural team as a Transplant Farm Hand, where you’ll play a vital role in the cultivation and maintenance of high-quality crops. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the success of our farming operations. You will be involved in transplanting seedlings, managing farm machinery, all while gaining valuable hands-on experience in sustainable agriculture practices. 50 cent raise in very week that you retain employment up to $15 cap

*Duties*

* Assist with transplanting seedlings and young plants using specialized farm equipment and hand tools to ensure healthy crop development
* Conduct routine inspections of crops, greenhouses, and animal facilities to identify issues early and implement appropriate solutions
* Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks required for planting, harvesting, and general farm maintenance
* Follow safety protocols diligently while working with power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment to prevent accidents
