*Stacked Farm: Redefining the Science of Fresh Produce*

What if you could grow at scale—with precision, consistency, and complete environmental control?

Stacked Farm is advancing indoor vertical farming through fully automated systems that optimize every stage of the growing process. From nutrient delivery to climate control, our proprietary technology enables us to produce ultra-clean, ready-to-eat greens with repeatable quality, year-round. Headquartered in Australia, with an engineering hub in Beverly Hills and a global team of ~80, we’re building a new standard for controlled environment agriculture.

Recognized among Australia’s most innovative companies and named in *TIME’s World’s Top GreenTech Companies 2025*, we are now expanding into the United States. Our first U.S. facility is opening in Las Vegas, with a rollout beginning in Los Angeles.

*Why We’re Different*

We’ve engineered a growing system designed for precision and scale.

Our farms operate in tightly controlled environments, removing external variability and enabling consistent crop performance across cycles. With no pesticides, no seasonal disruption, and minimal human handling, we create the conditions for optimized plant health, yield, and shelf life—while generating reliable, production-grade data to continuously refine outcomes.

This is horticulture backed by systems thinking—where biology and automation work together to deliver measurable results.

*Why Join Stacked Farm?*

* *Apply Your Expertise at Scale:* Work with advanced systems that translate plant science into consistent, commercial output
* *Push the Boundaries:* Contribute to the evolution of controlled environment agriculture and next-generation growing methods
* *Be Part of a Growing Platform:* Join a team expanding rapidly across the U.S.
* *Collaborate Across Disciplines:* Work alongside engineers, operators, and commercial teams to solve real-world production challenges
* *Work With Purpose:* Help build a more resilient, efficient, and sustainable food system
* On-call stipend provided when participating in roster, plus additional pay for call-outs
* *Exceptional Benefits *– Including:

5% employer 401(k) contribution
Employer-paid medical, dental, and optical for employees & contribution towards family coverage
12 weeks fully paid parental leave
2 weeks paid vacation and 5 days paid sick leave annually (available immediately as the leave accrues)

At Stacked Farm, we’re not just growing crops—we’re advancing how food is produced.

If you’re driven by precision, curious about what’s possible, and ready to work at the intersection of science and technology, we’d love to hear from you.
