Experienced Equipment Operator

Job Description

Local Excavation Company looking for experienced Equipment Operators.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, and skid steers, to complete construction projects.
* Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure safe operation.
* Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of equipment use and maintenance activities.

*Requirements:*

* At least 4-7 years of experience operating excavators, loaders, and skid steers, and dozers.
* Management Experience is preferred.
* Knowledge of construction and excavation practices.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Valid CDL Strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
