*Duties*
* Operate heavy machinery and farm equipment such as tractors, loaders, and irrigation systems with precision and safety.
* Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on agricultural machinery using hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and mechanical knowledge.
* Assist with animal husbandry tasks including feeding, watering, health monitoring, and handling livestock such as horses or cattle.
* Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and moving supplies or equipment across the ranch.
* Oversee irrigation systems and horticultural activities to support crop growth in fields or greenhouses.
* Supervise or assist with farm operations including planting, harvesting, greenhouse management, and growing experience activities.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards in all production processes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
*Requirements*
* Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of farming practices and agriculture operations.
* Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as tractors, forklifts, and other farm machinery safely.
* Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, maintenance, welding, and troubleshooting.
* Experience with animal care practices including handling livestock and understanding animal husbandry principles.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with irrigation systems, horticulture techniques, greenhouse operations, and power tools.
* Supervising experience is a plus; strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
* Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to farming activities, and inventory management.
