Job Description

Responsibilities include:

performing all team assignments
maintaining housekeeping
assisting with set up of ice cream equipment as needed
maintain proper level of ingredients in fruit feeder
transporting samples to lab
performing calculations on ingredients (used vs. needed)
assisting filler operators with monitoring the production line for problems
performing preventative maintenance on equipment
interacting with staff, associates and regulatory personnel
other duties as assigned.
