We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Farm Hand to join our farming operation in North Central Montana. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating a wide range of farm machinery and supporting crop production activities. *Duties*

* Operate and maintain a variety of agricultural equipment
* Perform planting, spraying, harvesting, and other seasonal farming operations
* Conduct routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs
* Assist with general farm upkeep and daily operations
* Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution for crops
* Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in farming or agricultural operations with hands-on knowledge of farm machinery and equipment repair
* Demonstrated ability to operate agricultural tractors, heavy equipment, forklifts, and other power tools safely and efficiently
* Strong mechanical knowledge related to agricultural machinery repair and maintenance procedures
* Familiarity with safety standards in production environments to ensure a safe working space for all team members
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while maintaining attention to safety protocols
* Excellent teamwork skills with supervisory experience considered an asset; ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
* Valid driver’s license

Welding experience, truck driving experience, and irrigation system operation/maintenance are a plus!
