Production Supervisor

Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth, we are in search of a highly skilled Production Supervisor for our facility in New Brunswick, NJ.

Schedule:
This position is Monday – Friday. Start time is 2:00 PM until 11:30 PM.

Compensation: The salary for this position is $62,000 per year. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily production requirements in a fast-paced environment
Managing, training, coaching and disciplining a team of up to 25 people
Updating reports based on the daily productivity of their department
Training new employees on plant equipment and safety policies
Approving weekly department payroll

Required Skills:
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
2+ years of supervisory experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and a good problem solver
