What You’ll Do
As a Harvest Technician, you’ll play a key role in bringing our crop from the field into post-harvest processing while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Hand-harvesting cannabis plants
* Bucking flower from stems
* Branching and hanging harvested plants
* Trimming and processing flower
* Maintaining product quality throughout handling
* Cleaning and organizing workstations
* Following all company SOPs and Massachusetts cannabis regulations
* Working efficiently with a team to meet daily harvest goals
* Adapting to changing daily priorities throughout harvest
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to:
* Stand for 8+ hours per shift
* Lift and carry up to 30 pounds repeatedly
* Bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the day
* Perform repetitive hand movements using trimming shears and other hand tools
* Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity
QualificationsRequired
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Valid government-issued ID
* Ability to pass all required background checks for Massachusetts cannabis employment
* Reliable transportation to our Ashby facility
* Excellent attendance and punctuality
* Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Preferred
* Previous cannabis cultivation or harvest experience
* Agricultural or commercial farm experience
* Knowledge of cannabis plant anatomy and post-harvest processing
* Experience using hand tools or harvesting equipment
* Massachusetts driver’s license
