Property and Farm Support
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with landscaping, small farm operations, and general property maintenance on a private property. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, respectful of privacy, and comfortable working independently while helping with a variety of outdoor and maintenance related tasks.
Position Details
16–32 hours per week
Flexible schedule, generally Monday through Friday
Occasional weekend coverage may be required
Year round work available, with most hours during the growing and landscaping season
Ideal for a local college student or someone seeking flexible part-time work
Preferred Experience
Zero-turn mowers
Small engines and outdoor power equipment
String trimmers and leaf blowers
Animal care
Wood splitters and chainsaws
Vegetable growing and crop care
Skid steer operation
General mechanical aptitude
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Discretion and confidentiality are required, as work is performed on a private property
Duties Include
Mowing and landscape maintenance
Animal feeding and care
Vegetable garden and crop care
Operating and maintaining equipment
General property maintenance and seasonal projects
Assisting with outdoor and various maintenance tasks as needed
Experience is preferred.
Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
