*Overview*
OnGrade Earthworks is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to start immediately. We are looking for a candidate with experience operating skid steers, excavators, dozers, and loaders. This position requires a person willing to be a “jack of all trades,” in that operator experience, reading grade stakes, and construction plans is necessary, but the ability to hop off the machine and work within the crew performing other tasks such as maintenance, prep, clearing/cutting, pipe installation above/below ground, and other field construction tasks is required. The ideal candidate must also have an excellent work ethic, a willingness to learn new skills, have a team mentality, and be safety-oriented in all situations and environments. In turn, there are many opportunities for growth, promotion, and compensation.
*Qualifications*
* Construction Experience—5 years minimum
* Experience in grading preferred.
* CDL A Driver’s License—Required and in good standing
* The ability to operate various types of skid steers, excavators, and backhoes is required

Pay: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour
