Job Description

*Overview*
We are seeking someone who has an eye for aesthetics and detail to help out on an 80 acre farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming and animal husbandry, with the ability to operate various farm machinery and tools. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for agriculture.

*Duties*

* Assist in daily farm operations including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
* Provide care for livestock, ensuring their health and well-being through proper feeding and handling.
* Operate and maintain farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, and other heavy equipment.
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming tasks.
* Implement irrigation systems to support crop growth effectively.
* Supervise other farm workers as needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
* Conduct repairs on equipment and facilities as necessary.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hour
