Steinbach Farms and Equipment is a dedicated corn and soybean operation, focusing solely on crop production—no livestock and no grain bins. We are seeking an experienced operator for tractor, grain cart, and tillage duties for the 2026 season. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed, depending on weather conditions.
For those interested in year-round opportunities, we also offer shop work during the off-season, which includes servicing, washing, and detailing equipment. You’ll have the chance to operate newer equipment equipped with auto-steer.
Experience in farm and tractor operation is required. Compensation will be based on your experience, and you will earn overtime for hours worked over 40 per week. A CDL is not required, but it is a plus.
