*Duties*

* Assist with planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops using farm machinery and manual tools
* Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation
* Harvesting and packaging vegetables to fulfill our weekly orders
* Learn about growing mushrooms and maintaining a mushroom grow environment
* Taking care of all foodscapes and landscapes
* Follow safety standards in all production activities to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members

*Requirements*

* Abilty to follow directions and follow company protocols
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and operating hand tools safely
* Familiarity with irrigation systems, horticulture techniques, greenhouse operations or growing experience is a plus
* Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
* Basic math skills for measurements and record keeping related to farm operations
* Experience with heavy equipment operation such as agricultural tractors or equine handling is desirable
* Good communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively within a team setting
