*Groundsman / Equipment Operator*

*Pay:* $25–$35 per hour (DOE)

We’re hiring a skilled and dependable Groundsman / Equipment Operator to join our growing team. If you’re experienced with heavy equipment, comfortable hauling trailers, and enjoy working outdoors in a hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with us.

*What You’ll Do*

* Support tree work operations and assist with full job site cleanup
* Operate equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, tractors, and other machinery
* Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials using trucks and trailers
* Perform general labor tasks such as brush handling, lifting, dragging, and site cleanup
* Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance as needed
* Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively as part of a crew

*What We’re Looking For*

* Proven experience operating heavy equipment (required)
* Experience hauling and backing trailers (required)
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
* CDL is a plus, but not required
