We’re looking for entry-level team members to support our Harvest & Refreshing operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Background check (CORI) required prior to employment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with harvesting cannabis plants (defanning, cutting, and resetting rooms).
Follow company SOPs and state regulations for compliant product handling.
Perform detailed cleaning and sanitization of grow rooms and equipment.
Accurately track plant material during harvest.
Support resetting rooms for new cultivation cycles.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily quotas

Compensation commensurate with experience in role.
