Immediate openings available.
* No experience required
* Paid training provided
* Full-time and part-time positions available

No previous mushroom harvesting experience is required. If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to work, we will provide the training you need to succeed.
As a Harvesting Operations Worker, you will harvest fresh mushrooms while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and productivity. You will work as part of a team in an indoor mushroom growing facility.
Responsibilities
* Harvest mushrooms according to company quality standards.
* Handle mushrooms carefully to prevent damage.
* Sort and place harvested mushrooms into the appropriate containers.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
* Work efficiently to meet productivity expectations.
* Perform other harvesting-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* No experience required; training provided.
* Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
* Reliable transportation.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
* Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
