The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture and/or computer, electronics or mechanical experience. A college degree (or related experience) in an agricultural field, business or computer science is preferred. The candidate should have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service, ability to troubleshoot problems, work well in a team environment and possess a positive and flexible attitude. and enjoy working outdoors. The position is full time, Friday through Monday from 8 am – 6 pm and other times as needed.

The Technician is responsible for providing superior customer service by assisting customers in implementing precision agriculture technologies on their farm. This includes:

* Troubleshooting and repairing problems with Trimble GPS equipment
* Installing and calibrating Trimble GPS equipment
* Setting up base station and repeater equipment
* Performing duties associated with, as well as answering product questions about, precision agriculture technologies – including Veris, infrared imaging, yield monitors, mapping, data management and GPS equipment.
