* *Equipment Operation:* Operate tractors equipped with Power Take-Off (PTO) systems and manage manure pit tasks.
* *System Monitoring:* Adjust PTO speed manually according to specific tractor output and monitor high-pressured booster pumps.
* *Hose Management:* Assist in setting up, laying out, moving, and retrieving miles of drag line hose.
* *Maintenance:* Maintain critical air compressors, pumps, and related farm infrastructure.
* *Sanitation & Safety:* Spread and clean up sawdust to maintain safe, clean roadways, and monitor designated dumpsters.
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* *Physical Capability:* Must be able to tolerate working outdoors in all weather conditions and comfortably lift 50–60 lbs.
* *Experience:* General farm or agricultural machinery experience is preferred. *We are willing to train the right candidate!*
* *License:* A valid, standard driver’s license is required.
* *Traits:* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
