Highgrove Property Services is looking for an experienced, safety-minded Tractor Operator to join our growing team. If you’re comfortable operating large equipment on steep terrain and enjoy working outdoors, we’d like to hear from you.
This is a hands-on position that combines operating a tractor with a 15-foot bush hog and assisting with commercial landscape maintenance. Every day brings something different, and you’ll work with a professional team that values quality, reliability, and safety.
What You’ll Do
* Operate a tractor with a 15-foot bush hog on large commercial properties
* Safely mow steep slopes, uneven terrain, and challenging areas
* Complete daily equipment inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance
* Operate zero-turn mowers and other commercial landscape equipment
* Perform string trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance
* Assist with weed control and herbicide applications
* Maintain clean, professional-looking properties
* Follow all company safety procedures and equipment operating standards
* Work independently while also supporting the rest of the maintenance team
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience operating tractors on steep slopes and uneven terrain
* Experience bush hogging large properties
* Experience with zero-turn mowers and handheld landscape equipment
* Strong understanding of equipment safety and hillside operation
* Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Able to work outdoors in Florida’s heat and weather conditions
* Valid driver’s license required
* Herbicide license or application experience is an asset
