About the team:
We’re building a new specialty agriculture operation from the ground up, and we’re hiring two full-time crew members to be part of it from day one. This is hands-on, physically demanding outdoor work and a rare chance to grow with an operation over the long term.

We’re establishing a perennial crop built to last for generations. For the right person, someone reliable, hardworking, and in it for the long haul, this is a place to build a career, not just take a job.

What you’ll do:
The work will evolve in phases as the farm comes to life:

Phase 1 — Getting the land ready: Clearing brush, removing old fencing, hauling debris and rock, and preparing the site for planting. This is the hardest, most physical stretch.

Phase 2 — Planting & cultivation: Establishing the fields and handling regular maintenance through the growing season using specialized, imported mechanical equipment.

Phase 3 — Harvest & processing: Harvesting and processing the crop utilizing specialized, imported machinery.

– $25/hour, 40 hours per week

What we’re looking for:
– A strong work ethic and dependability. You show up and put in the work
– Comfort with hard physical labor outdoors in all weather; ability to lift and carry heavy loads safely
– Confidence using hand and power tools (and a willingness to learn new equipment and processes)
– A long-term mindset and interest in growing into more responsibility over time
– Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; valid driver’s license preferred

A plus: prior experience in agriculture, landscaping, construction, or operating farm/heavy equipment
