We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Farmer to join our agricultural operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily farm activities, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, livestock care (if applicable), equipment operation, and general farm maintenance. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Prepare fields for planting and harvesting.
Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops.
Operate and maintain tractors, farm machinery, and equipment.
Monitor crop health and identify pests, weeds, or diseases.
Apply fertilizers and crop protection products safely.
Feed, water, and care for livestock (if applicable).
Repair fences, irrigation systems, and other farm infrastructure.
Keep accurate records of farm activities and production.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Follow all farm safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements
Previous farming or agricultural experience preferred.
Knowledge of crop production and basic farm equipment.
Ability to operate tractors and agricultural machinery.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license is preferred.
