Gardener / Farm Grounds Maintenance Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Gardener to maintain and improve our farm’s outdoor areas, gardens, and landscape. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has experience with plants and garden maintenance, and takes pride in keeping the property clean, healthy, and attractive.

Responsibilities
Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain flowers, vegetables, shrubs, and trees.
Weed, prune, trim, and mulch garden beds.
Mow lawns and maintain grass areas.
Monitor plant health and identify pests or diseases.
Operate and maintain basic gardening equipment and tools.
Keep walkways, outdoor spaces, and farm surroundings clean and organized.
Assist with seasonal planting and harvesting when needed.
Follow safety procedures while using equipment and chemicals.
Requirements
Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or farm maintenance preferred.
Basic knowledge of plant care and soil management.

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Valid driver’s license is a plus.
