Job Description

_*Premiere Staffing Services Inc*_. is currently hiring Farm Workers for a client in the Whately, MA area. This position involves cultivation and production work on a marijuana farm in both indoor and outdoor environments.

*Schedule:*

* Monday – Friday
* 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Mandatory overtime as needed

*Pay Rate:*

* Starting at $18.00/hour

*Job Duties:*

* Assist with cultivation and production processes
* Work both indoors and outdoors depending on daily needs
* Plant care, harvesting, packaging, and general farm duties
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
* Follow all safety and compliance procedures

*Requirements:*

* Reliable transportation is required
* Previous farm or agricultural experience is a plus
* Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions
* Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
