General Farm Worker

Job Description

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and positive individuals to join our growing team as General Farm Workers. Responsibilities
Assist with general daily farm activities.
Plant, water, and harvest crops as needed.
Sort, clean, and pack produce.
Help maintain clean and organized work areas.
Support livestock care if required, including feeding and basic cleaning tasks.
Operate basic farm tools and equipment after training.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Work together with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
Must have ID
No previous farming experience is required.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Able to perform light to moderate physical work.
Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
Basic communication skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
