Job Description

Come spend a month at one of the most beautiful places you will put up hay!

The Little Jennie Ranch is looking for seasonal help to put up hay for 3-4 weeks at the ranch. We are looking for someone with experience and the motivation to do great job for the land and livestock. Work will be mostly focused on running a swather and or baler and will be working alongside a long time operator at the ranch. A great fit will be eager to help with other work on the ranch when our weather may put us on pause. We have housing provided and will hire someone on as long as we need them in order to finish our season.

This is a family-owned outfit in a season of growth that values safety, integrity, being a good neighbor, good stockmanship, and stewardship. We put up hay, run commercial cattle, run a direct-to-consumer beef operation, and also run a 4 season backcountry guiding business. We have many exciting things going on the ranch, and would love to have you join our team!
