Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Agricultural Field Technician to join our farming team. The successful candidate will assist with daily agricultural operations, ensuring healthy crop production and efficient field management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work and is passionate about modern agriculture.

Responsibilities:
Plant, cultivate, and harvest a variety of crops.
Monitor crop health and report signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
Assist with irrigation systems and water management.
Apply fertilizers and crop protection products according to farm guidelines.
Operate and maintain tractors, sprayers, and other agricultural equipment.
Perform general field maintenance and keep work areas clean.
Follow all farm safety procedures and company policies.
