Farm Worker – Smart Farm Operations

Job Description

I am looking for a reliable and hardworking Farm Worker to join our team as we transition our traditional farm into a modern smart farm. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation that combines agriculture with new technologies.

Responsibilities include planting, harvesting, irrigation, livestock or crop care (depending on the season), operating farm equipment, monitoring smart farming systems and sensors, maintaining fields and facilities, and assisting with general farm operations. Training will be provided for the use of smart farming equipment and digital tools.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, is dependable, willing to learn new technologies, and can work independently as well as with a team. Previous farming experience is preferred but not required. Experience operating tractors, agricultural machinery, or irrigation systems is a plus.
