Farm Sprayer Operator / Farm Equipment Operator
Full-Time Position – Family-Owned Farm in Missouri

We are a family-owned farming operation in Missouri looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Farm Sprayer Operator / Equipment Operator. This position involves operating and maintaining self-propelled spraying equipment along with other farm machinery. Mechanical experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

* Operate self-propelled sprayers safely and efficiently
* Apply chemicals and fertilizers according to label and farm guidelines
* Operate other farm equipment including tractors, grain carts, tillage equipment, and trucks
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprayers and farm equipment
* Calibrate spraying equipment and monitor application accuracy
* Keep detailed application and maintenance records
* Assist with seasonal farm operations as needed
* Follow all safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications

* Previous farm spraying or applicator experience preferred
* Experience operating a variety of farm equipment preferred
* Mechanical experience and troubleshooting skills required
* Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* CDL and applicator license are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to work long hours during busy seasons
